- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds; cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be considered within 14 days if usage is minimal (at our discretion)
- Setup and implementation fees are non-refundable
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be provided for billing errors, duplicate charges, or extended service outages as specified in your SLA.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction when services delivered as specified, or violation of Terms.
